Update time

So today I have a pretty awesome shoot to do. Two of mine and my hubby’s best buds are tieing the knot. I promise this shoot will be different and awesome. I PROMISE. That’s all of my update. I’ve been working all the time and when I’m not working, I’m bored. My dogs both had heartworms and had to get treatment. So my 80 pound slobber buckets have to become indoor dogs for the next month, so they can stay cool and I can keep an eye on them. These are shepherds that are 100% outdoor dogs. So this had been a challenge to say the least. They are outside pottying right now and peaking at me through the back door. They are getting spoiled and it hasn’t even been two weeks yet I did a bridal session the other day with an awesome bride. I tried to post the pictures on here and protect them with a password, but for some reason it won’t show up! So I guess you’ll just have to wait…. That’s all for now.

Tomorrow.

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation’s service.

 

That pretty much says it all.  But we should also think about those still serving to protect us.  Tomorrow isn’t about a day off work, or the banks being closed, or the mail not running. Tomorrow isn’t just a holiday.  It’s a special day. Hopefully we will all be with family barbequing and celebrating.   But take some time out to remember what the day is really about.  It’s a day to remember.  To pray and think about all that is going on in our world.  The bad and the good.  Thank you to all the men and women in our military.  Thanks to all the policeman, the fireman, the ambulance drivers.  To everyone that dedicates their lives to keeping others safe.  Tomorrow is all about you. 

And to my Aunt Donna, I love you and I wish I could be with you tomorrow.

To my Uncle Chris.  You made the ultimate sacrifice and we will all be thinking of you tomorrow.  I miss you.

I’m still here

Just been really busy. I’ll get back on the bloggin bandwagon soon. Doing home repairs, my dogs are sick and trying to get them well, working 40 hours…and still trying to take pictures!! HOnestly I havn’t even taken my camera outta the bag in like 2 weeks. But things are gettin goin again. Family portrait today and a wedding/bridal coming up. I also have some really fun projects I’m working on. So if I do still have any readers left…..be patient and I’ll be backa postin soon!!!
